Really good Stay
friendly staffhigh standardmissing luggage
the staff were efficient and friendly. breakfast each day offered a high standard with lots of choice. the rooftop pool provided great views of the marina.
the hotel lost a piece of luggage upon my departure. the hotel did not pay the taxi standing charge. this was not a good experience.

the room included premium toiletries the bathroom was fine. i found the gym facilities excellent i could work out overlooking the ocean. breakfast was great too it featured free flowing champagne.
the mini bar information at check-in was incorrect the explanation at check-out differed.

i had a beautiful room with casino views. everything from arrival through to departure was expertly managed. the hotel staff also provided little touches to elevate our experience. all staff were very friendly and cute at all times.
